Hale Aerospace is bringing a unique experience to the Star Citizen universe, built on a foundation of years of experience.

Our CEO is a player who has led and assisted in leading player groups in all of their forms (guilds, free companies, corporations, raids, tabletop RP, in-game RP storylines, etc) for more than 10 years.

Our current core players are a dedicated and enthusiastic group of like-minded individuals who want to see the universe at large, and our corporation in particular, profit and prosper from our interactions.

We will have a Corporate Fleet, which every member within the organization will have access to, whether it be for a joyride, a mission, or just to test out the systems before buying one of their own.

We will provide competitive pay rates for all of our members, because what’s a Corporation without profit? Each member will be expected to pitch in in whatever capacity or role they choose, be it collecting materials, managing production lines, bounty hunting, racing, recruiting, running trade routes, or anything else our members can dream up. No one will be restricted to ONLY one role, and will be free to join any mission or group, secure in the knowledge that their participation is recorded and that their compensation will be both regular and fruitful.

Trade Partner Program

For companies and individuals that wish to have an extended, semi-permanent, relationship with Hale Aerospace without incorporating or otherwise joining the company fully, the Trade Partner Program is an available option. Through this program, regular and vetted trade clients can earn preferential trading values for commodities, raw materials, and refined goods. These rates are designed to encourage word-of-mouth advertisement by non-employees, and the fostering of goodwill with competitors, clients, and independent contractors.

Our Story

Founded in 2925 by Tinker, Hangman, and Fixxer on Rytif. Built on the idea that just because you fly, doesn't mean you fly alone. Initially specialized in repair and retrofit, the company saw quick success with paramilitary contracts and expanded to shipboard component innovation. By 2935, major branches had been opened on both Terra and Earth, with smaller shops along major galactic trade routes on both planets and stations to serve the ever growing employee and allied fleets.

Corporate Structure

Our Corporation is built on the four pillars of successful business in the verse:

Science

Three tenets support the Science Division: Imagination, Innovation, and Industry. There are numerous disparate facets: refinement of raw materials, research and development of new products and product lines, mapping and exploration, and retrieval and reverse engineering of technology. In the end, though, SciDiv strives to push the boundaries, allowing every other division to succeed more efficiently.

Security

The purpose of the Security Division is to first be the Shield of the corporation, and if needed, to also be the Sword. All aspects of combat strategy are under the purview of SecDiv, from protection escort, to bounty hunting, to large scale pirate fleet assault, and from boots-on-the-ground marine firefights up to capital ship combat.

Commerce

The mission of the Commerce Division is to grease the wheels of the universe. All aspects of trade relations from supply route analysis to trade blockade running, and from raw material transport through finished product demonstration are the specialties of those in ComDiv. From peaceful systems to war torn worlds, the Commerce Division will be there, to increase company profits.

Marketing

The job of the Marketing Division is to have the most fun possible, and to make sure everyone knows about it. From bar hopping, to racing, to parties across the universe, the MrkDiv will be there spreading the word about Hale Aerospace.



Within each of these Divisions, Teams will operate both within their specialty and in the Corporation at large. No single employee will be restricted to a single role, as the whole point of our existence in the verse is to utilize the time we have however we choose to. In that vein, were a member of Procurement & Salvage (Science Division resource gathering group) wish to take part in a Bounty Hunt (Security Division), or step in for a missing Racer (Marketing Division), they would be welcome to throw their name in for selection.


Members are broken up by rank, with ever expanding opportunities, rewards, and responsibilities as they advance through the corporation.


Most will start as Junior Associates. At this rank, members will have full access to Team and Division transfers, full allowance on Team Assistance Initiatives, full authorization to crew ships, and a paycheck at the end of the Calendar Month.


Once a probationary phase has been completed, promotion to Associate will follow. In addition to existing benefits, as a full member of the Corporation this rank has access to the Division Garage Tier 1 ship collection for rental use.


Managers are the first line of leadership within the company and help to disseminate jobs, requests, and settle any disputes between Associates. For the increased responsibility, Tier 2 rental access and an appropriately larger paycheck is granted.


Senior Officers run the individual teams, such as the Mapping & Exploratory Analysis Team (Science Division) or the Racing Team (Marketing Division). To run their larger and more expanded operations, they have access to Tier 3 rentals and an appropriately larger paycheck.


Executive Officers (XOs) are the second in command of an entire Division. They coordinate multi-team operations, run the Division Flagship when the C-level Officer is not present, and cover cross-divisional support and advancement of company goals. This lofty position comes with Division Garage Tier 4 rental access as well as the use of a permanent (while employed) personal vehicle from the Division Garage.


At the top of the company, the C-level officers run their respective divisions. These monolithic individuals have oversight of their entire respective division ships, teams, and operations, as well as extra-divisional / board member duties around the daily operation of the corporation. For their trouble, they have priority command access to their Division Flagship, mighty Capital-class ships.
